Life updates…

So now that I’ve written a bucket list update, I feel like I should probably give a “life update” since there have been some noteable changes around here lately.

“Firefighter” moved to North Carolina. Done and done.

I started dating again, met Blake, and then I was quickly back off the market.

I met Blake in Corolla.

We saw five shooting stars that night while laying on the driveway talking about life.

Our first date lasted 24 hours (slept on the couch at the beach house) and ended back in VB.

We sat front row at Lady Antebellum: “Just a kiss on your lips in the moonlight, just a touch of the fire burning so bright. I don’t wanna mess this thing up, I don’t wanna push too far. Just a shot in the dark that you just might be the one I’ve been waiting for my whole life. So baby, I’m alright with just a kiss goodnight.”

Blake is also a firefighter (hey, I know what I like) and runs his own landscaping business.  (My family and I have shared MANY laughs about this one!!!)

And he’s gorgeous.
