Knocking off the Bucket List

I am slowly but surely knocking off items from my Bucket List.  This week I tried Hot Yoga!  The class only had 3 other people in it that night so it was really great to be able to get some one-on-one help from the instructor and she was super helpful in showing me ways to modify certain positions to alleviate strain on my knees.  And now I’m hooked!

Bring it on, baby!
