Holding my tongue

A hard lesson that I’m learning is to hold my tongue in response to others who open their mouths in anger and the evil one comes pouring out.

“The anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.” I have been blessed with the Lord’s peace over the last few months and pray that the actions and words of others would not bring reaction, but thoughtful response if any at all.

Perhaps I will just stay silent and allow Him to do His work.
